We do not collect any information regarding your financial transaction except for that provided to us by PayPal so we may confirm that your purchase has been paid in full and to provide order fulfillment. This information is stored off-site in a secure location in the event a problem occurs during shipment of the purchased product. We never share or sell any information to third parties, or use it for marketing purposes.

Shipping and Handling – Cookbooks

Downloaded Epub and PDF books have no additional handling fee. Once payment is complete, click the Return to Merchant button. This will automatically redirect you to the ebook download page.

We ship our cookbooks via U.S. Postal Service – First Class mail and will provide a tracking number if you let us know your email address. Shipping is free.

First class mail from the USVI to the 48 continental states and DC takes 5 - 7 business days; to Alaska, Hawaii and other territories takes 6 - 10 business days. Please place any holiday orders prior to December 10 to avoid unforeseeable shipping delays.

Shipping and Handling – Other Marketplace Items

Aprons and Mitt Sets – My printing partners in Asia will create your custom order from my original artwork within 2 - 5 business days. Shipping takes another 10 - 15 business days to due to COVID-19. Please place any holiday orders prior to December 1 to avoid unforeseeable shipping delays. The shipping charge will be $1.50 per item to the 48 continental states, AK, HI and DC. Please contact us for additional shipping surcharges for a delivery to U.S. territories.

Garden Flags – Are made in the U.S. and shipped from NY. Delivery by U.S. mail is free. Please place any holiday orders prior to December 10 to avoid unforeseeable shipping delays.

Beth’s Garden – Your order will be prepared from my original artwork and shipped directly from my Canadian printing partner. Shipping is free if your order totals $100. If the order is $99 or less, there is a $10 shipping charge.

We value your order and will make the utmost effort to ensure you get what you expect, when you expect it.

Refunds

• Shipping Damage - We cannot be responsible for damages that occur during shipping (for example, a crushed or wet box). Please photograph the box and file a claim with the shipping company if you were unable to call the problem to the delivery person’s attention immediately upon its receipt.
